Manhattan Beach Pumpkin Race  Get your little pumpkins and head out to the World Famous Pumpkin Race! It's free to enter. Create your pumpkin race car in advance or at the event (kits available for purchase). Sunday, October 26th 12p-5p

Underwood Farms – Fall Harvest Festival

 3370 Sunset Valley Road, Moorpark 
Pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins are the theme for the Fall Festival at Underwood Family Farms. But that’s not all – every weekend from now till Halloween there will be tractor-drawn wagon rides, the corn maze & hay pyramids, the Animal Show, Pig Races & more. Now through October 31

Families with young kids looking for spooky rides through Griffith Park line up annually to ooh, aah, and eek on the Los Angeles Live Steamers' Ghost Train. 2014 Schedule TBD 

Los Angeles Haunted Hayride 
This is not your mama's hayride. The LA Haunted Hayride is a vehicular source of thrills and chills not for the faint of heart that's been known to cause adult screams through Griffith Park each year. This is an event best shared with teens and no one younger - but boy will your teens think you're cool.Thu-Sun (+ some Wed) October 5-31

The Book of Life” Halloween carnival on Saturday, October 11, 12p-2p: In honor of the upcoming 3D animated comedy movie, The Book of Life. The free family event will be held in Del Amo Fashion Center’s Outdoor Village and will feature face painting, special arts and crafts, carnival food and snacks, giveaways, and more.

Del Amo Fashion Center’s Kidgits Halloween Spooktacular on Saturday, October 25 from 10 a.m. to noon in JoAnn’s Court, will feature a magician, as well as several activity stations and games for children to enjoy, including mini pumpkin decorating, Halloween coloring fun, and seasonal crafts like creating scary spider plates, a Halloween magnet and a Halloween mask.


FALL EVENTS

Boo at the Zoo – L.A. Zoo
Oct. 18, 19, 25 & 26
 Visitors are invited to wear their wildest costumes and enjoy trick-or-treating throughout the Zoo. Additional activities include pumpkin carving demonstrations, arts and crafts, and creepy-crawly animal encounters.

Kisdpace Museum Pumpkin Festival
Oct. 18-19 

Kids will giggle with delight at the petting zoo, pony rides, exciting bouncers, carnival games, and seasonal crafts. Partake in a costume parade, make your own take-home fall crafts, enjoy face painting, and select pumpkins from our pumpkin patch.

Night of the Living Zoo
Oct. 24 - Have a howling good time when you claw your way over to the L.A. Zoo for a Halloween shindig for the boo-tiful people! 18+ only

Scarium of the Pacific
Oct. 25 and 26 - A spooktacular educational Halloween event for the whole family. Enjoy the annual children’s costume contest, the creepy coloring contest, face painting, magic shows, underwater pumpkin carving, spooky storytelling, kooky crafts, eerie animals in the Great Hall, and much more.

Eek! At the Greek
October 25th - Get ready to witness live acts that summons ghouls, goblins, and everything ghostly in a Greek theatre near you. So, grab some EEK! At The Greek tickets for a great experience. 

Little Monster’s Ball @ The Queen Mary
Oct. 31 4-6PMTrick-or-Treating through Dark Harbor Village for fun and safe trick-or-treating, Face Painting, Special Entertainment - Live music that is fun and appropriate for the entire family, Kid's Costume Contest - Bring the little ones dressed in their Halloween costumes and compete for terrific prizes!

Micky’s Halloween Party
Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland just might be the perfect family Halloween outing.  On nights kids can come to the Park in costume to trick-or-treat in the ultimate “neighborhood” — after regular park hours.
