Wholesome family fun abounds at the 28^th Annual CALIFORNIA STRAWBERRY FESTIVAL getting underway May 21 and 22, 2011 at Strawberry Meadows of College Park in Oxnard from 10:00a.m. - 6:30p.m.  Among the nation’s top outdoor events, the Festival serves up a menu of delectable strawberry delights and amazing foods from 40+ booths, along with concerts on two stages, 200+ Fine Arts & Crafts booths, the Strawberry Promenade with cooking demonstrations, and more.

In your face entertainment is what the Strawberry Tart Toss and Strawberry Pie Eating Contests are all about. And a special oasis for youngsters, Strawberryland For Kids, has free rides and attractions and all day entertainment with jugglers, clowns and puppeteers. Proceeds benefit 20+ local non-profit organizations, so dig in! Be sure to omit the traffic by hopping on the free park n ride shuttles from convenient locations off the 101 Fwy.
