Our friends at Chronicle Books sent us the following products to facilitate this feature. 52 Fun Things to do in the Car by Lynn Gordon and Illustrated by Susa Synarski & Karen Johnson is just awesome for those long boring car drives especially when you have children. There are fun games, creative art activities and just lots of fun for the whole family!
Hooked on Hiking: 50 Hiking Adventures in Southern California by Ann Marie Brown, Lohnes and Wright is a card deck that is packed with 50 hiking adventures and comes with a handy clip-on carabiner for bringing along on your adventures. Hikes include Joshua Tree & Kings Canyon.
My favorite is a travel journal titled I was Here: A Travel Journal for the curious minded by Kate Pocrass. It is colorfully illustrated and packed with plenty of cool features. I love the inspirations and all the different things that you can keep track of. This is quite an unique travel journal!
